How to Claim
- Download the Caribou Coffee app and sign up for a free Caribou Perks account at cariboucoffee.com/caribou-perks
- Add your birthday to your account during signup
- Make at least one in-store visit (check-in) within the 6 months before your birthday to stay eligible
- On your birthday, a free beverage reward will be posted to your Caribou Perks account
- Visit any participating Caribou Coffee location within 7 days
- Order any beverage (any size, except bottled drinks) and apply the birthday reward at checkout

Can I get any drink for free, any size? Yes - you can choose any beverage in any size, excluding bottled beverages. This includes hot drinks, cold brew, blended drinks, and specialty lattes.
What is the 6-month check-in requirement? To receive your birthday reward, your account must show at least one in-store visit (check-in) in the 6 months before your birthday. If you haven't visited in 6 months, you won't receive the reward that year.
How long do I have to use the birthday reward? The reward expires 7 days after it's posted to your account on your birthday. Use it within that week.
