2. Add your birthday to your account during sign-up
3. Make sure you enroll at least 24 hours before the first day of your birth month
4. On or around the first day of your birth month, you'll receive an email with your birthday reward
5. Visit any participating Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shop during your birth month
6. Show your birthday reward email or Flavor Fanatics account at the counter to redeem your free scoop
